1. Introduction

Welcome to Essayty (also known as "ALLin1"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Essayty website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Rákóczi Piroska ("we," "our," "us").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Service Description

2.1 Current Status - Waitlist Phase

Essayty is currently in a waitlist phase. During this phase:

  • We only collect email addresses for notification purposes
  • No paid services are being offered yet
  • No verification of professional credentials is being conducted at this time
  • The Professional Bloggers' Chamber is not yet active

2.2 Future Services

In the future, our Services aim to provide tools and resources to help solo bloggers get cited by AI search engines, including but not limited to:

  • Content analysis tools
  • Technical recommendations for blog optimization
  • Access to a Professional Bloggers' Chamber
  • Networking opportunities
  • Brand presence measurement

The full suite of services will be launched at a later date, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

3. User Registration and Account

3.1 Waitlist Registration

By providing your email address to join our waitlist, you consent to:

  • Being contacted with updates about Essayty
  • Receiving notifications when our Services launch
  • Being informed of any changes to these Terms or our Privacy Policy

3.2 Future Account Requirements

When the full service launches, users may be required to:

  • Create an account with complete and accurate information
  • Maintain the security of account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account
  • Meet professional criteria to join the Professional Bloggers' Chamber

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when joining the waitlist
  • Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Not share or transfer your position on the waitlist
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rákóczi Piroska and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Your Content

When the full service launches, you may be able to submit content to the Services. You will retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

6.2 No Guarantees

Rákóczi Piroska, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

  • The Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the Services will meet your requirements

6.3 Future Service Performance

We make no guarantees or warranties regarding:

  • The effectiveness of future Services in improving citation by AI search engines
  • Acceptance into the Professional Bloggers' Chamber
  • The impact of our Services on your blog's visibility or traffic
  • The behavior or decisions of third-party AI search engines

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RÁKÓCZI PIROSKA, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rákóczi Piroska, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Entire Agreement
